"Clark’s Carvings" came to be from many years of people saying “you ought to sell that”.
Clark is a farmer, a husband, a father, and yes, a carver. He has spent a lifetime shaping things with his hands. His family was shaped by the lessons those hands taught, and still teach. His carvings are likewise shaped by his hands. He has always said that he is told what is inside to be carved, or that he just helps the object show its shape.
